If your items are faulty, you believe they are not of a satisfactory quality or are not as described etc, then please return to Aspire Industrial Services and we will deal with promptly”
How damaged, faulty or incorrectly processed products will be dealt with including applicable timelines?
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrectly Processed items can be communicated by email directly to firstname.lastname@example.org or to your Account Lead Claire Donnelly on email@example.com. Alternatively, Glasgow Colleges can call our office direct on 0141882387 or visit our office in Hillington, Glasgow.
Product Issues communicated to us will instantly be documented in your customer profile and a summary will be returned by email within the first 24 hours of notice. Any further communications and resolutions will also be communicated in the same way.
If, however there are any concerns regarding delivered product we will visit the College same day to ensure we collect, manage, resolve and return within an agreed time. This applies also to deliveries where the College can refuse delivery in the event of any damages. Damaged deliveries will always be resolved within 24 hours and a re issue of delivery made.
Incorrectly processed products and damaged in transit/arrival items will instantly be rectified and where due instant credit notes will be raised against said Invoice or replacement products will be offered.
Faulty products will also be credited instantly on report of faults and credit notes will be sent to the applicable email to ensure speedier resolution. Replacement goods will always be offered.
Quality Issues we take extremely serious at Aspire Industrial Services and we guarantee a resolution within the first 7 days of reporting all quality concerns.
If at any point any goods offered by Aspire Industrial Services is recalled all customers will be notified instantly with a Product Recall Plan and replacement line.
As well as our refund policy, you also have a legal right to cancel your purchase with us for any reason. If you wish to cancel you must tell us in writing prior to the delivery schedule.
The best way to do this is to email your Account Lead and cancel via email using your Purchase Order number as reference.
It is our intention to hold stock in house for this contract to avoid reliance on other suppliers to meet the demands of the contract. 40% will be our minimum level of stock holding. We also embroider and heat seal garments in house to ensure a speedier and quality of service.
If at any occasion through the contract there becomes an issue on the supply chain, Aspire will know instantly as we are connected to our supplier’s stock holding portal. Aspire would also take direct responsibility to ensure that if there are any issues that are unforeseen we would seek an immediate replacement before there would be any direct affect to the Colleges.
Aspire will also be the sole agent acting against any warranties with suppliers. On the occasion where there are any warranty claims this will be the responsibility of aspire to action.
